It is hereby notified for general information that the organization
Engineers India Limited, New Delhi has been approved by the Central
Government for the purpose of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section
35D of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the period from 8.11.2005 to
7.11.2008, for purposes of carrying out work for preparation of
feasibility report or preparation of project report or the conducting
of market survey or of any other survey or for the engineering
services referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 35D
of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
