1. Whereas Certificate No. 9260 of 2026 dated July 27, 2026 was drawn against Naresh Kumar [Defaulter] (PAN: ASPPK8654F) in the matter of Sadhna Broadcast Limited and a sum Rs. 5,76,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Seventy-Six Thousands Only) was due under the said certificate along with further interest, all costs, charges and expenses incurred in respect of all the proceedings taken for recovery of the said sum.

2. And whereas Notices of Attachment dated August 20, 2026 under the above proceedings were issued attaching bank, post office, demat accounts/lockers and mutual fund folios of the defaulter.

3. As per the Hon'ble SAT Order dated October 27, 2025 in Appeal No. 397 of 2025 (along with Misc. Application Nos. 949 and 950 of 2025), you are hereby directed to release bank, demat accounts/lockers and Mutual Fund Folio etc. of Naresh Kumar [Defaulter] (PAN: ASPPK8654F) attached, if any, pursuant to the above notice of attachment with immediate effect.

4. This is without prejudice to any other order of attachment or freeze by the competent authority under any law.
