FAQ :
The new due date has been extended to 31st March 2026.
The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations, 2018 have been amended.
These regulations may be called the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The amendment is made in the TABLE after FORM-XII, specifically against Sr. No. 6.
