The purpose of this notification is to release the detailed Scheme and Guidelines for the Viability Gap Funding (VGF) Scheme for Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Infrastructure.

The detailed VGF Scheme is provided as Annexure I, and its Guidelines are provided as Annexure II, enclosed with the notification.

The VGF Scheme supports Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Infrastructure projects that are seeking financial support.
