The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued 64 consolidated supervisory directions, bringing together all relevant instructions from various departments. Obsolete and redundant circulars have been removed to streamline guidance. Consequently, 628 previous circulars have been repealed with immediate effect.

Consolidation of Supervisory Instructions Repeal of Circulars
Please refer to the press release issued on July 31, 2026 announcing the release of 64 Consolidated Directions administered by the Department of Supervision (DoS) of the Reserve Bank of India.
