FAQ :
The Investor Charter provides investors with relevant information about primary market issuances by InvITs for private placement of units, consolidating different services for ease of reference.
All registered Merchant Bankers are required to disclose the Investor Charter on their websites.
Merchant Bankers must also disclose data on investor complaints received against them or issues dealt by them, along with their redressal, on their respective websites.
The data on complaints and their redressal must be disclosed by the 7th of the succeeding month.
These provisions come into effect from January 01, 2022.
