Prevention of Money-laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009 - Commencement of Act - Notified date

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Prevention of Money-laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009 (21 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June, 2009, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
