NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2020

S.O. 4283(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby designates the following Courts mentioned in the Table below as Special Courts in the States of Maharashtra, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu for the purposes of trial of offences under this Act, in respect of cases filed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, namely:—
