NOTIFICATION NO. S O 2320 (E), DATED 1-10-2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section I of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2008 as the date on which Sections 31 to41 (both inclusive) of the said Act shall come into force.
