INCOME FROM CW GAMES IS THE SPECIFIED INCOME
NOTIFICATION NO. 7/2008, DATED
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (39) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies,
(a) the Commonwealth Games Federation, 2nd Floor, 138, Piccadily,
(b) the Commonwealth Games 2010 to be held in
(c) the income arising to Commonwealth Games Federation from Commonwealth Games 2010 on account of Host Fee, received or receivable from the Organising Committee Commonwealth Games 2010
for the purposes of the said clause.
