NOTIFICATION No. 4/2009-Service Tax

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of Section 86 of the Finance Act 1994(32 of 1994), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.18/2007-Service Tax, dated the 12th May, 2007, namely:-

in the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted :-

"21	(1) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Shillong	Dibrugarh
	(2) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Kolkata	Shillong Guwahati"
