National Savings Certificates-ix issue specified as class of savings certificates to which government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 will apply NOTIFICATION NO. G.S.R. 868(E) DATED 7-12-2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby specifies that the National Savings Certificates-IX Issue shall be the class of Savings Certificates to which the said Act applies.
