Issue of 9.75 per cent Government of India (Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd.) Special Security, 2021
No. F. 4(10)-W&M/2001: The Government of India hereby notifies that the Clause of “Transferability and Conversion” mentioned at Para 6 of the Notification issued on October 30, 2001 for the “9.75 per cent Government of India (Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd.) special security, 2021” is amended as under:
6. Transferability and Conversion
The Special Security shall be considered transferable or tradable and conversion of the security in any other form shall be permitted.
The other terms and conditions of the Notification No: F 4(10)-W&M/2001 dated October 30, 2001 shall remain unchanged.
