A new online IT module has been introduced by the DGFT for filing electronic, paperless applications for export authorisations for restricted items (Non-SCOMET).

The new online module for Restricted Exports is operational with effect from 17 May 2021.

You can apply online by visiting the DGFT website (https://www.dgft.gov.in), navigating to Services -> Export Management Systems -> License for Restricted Exports.

Yes, all pending applications will be migrated to the new system and processed at DGFT (HQ).
