FAQ :

The notification is to invite Insolvency Professionals to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a new panel appointment to act as Interim Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Professionals, and Bankruptcy Trustees.

The new panel will be applicable for appointments from November 26, 2020, to June 30, 2021.

EOIs must be submitted strictly through the online mode on the Board's website at https://wvvw.ibbi.gov.in/users/login.

The EOI must be submitted online by November 11, 2020.

EOIs submitted through any other mode, such as emails, fax, or physical copies, will be rejected.

You can modify the Form A before final submission. However, once submitted using DSC/e-sign, it cannot be altered.
