ICSI Elections to Council and Regional Councils-2014
This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that pursuant to Rule 16 of the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, Election Code of Conduct, which came into force on 9th September, 2014, i.e., immediately after the issuance of Notification for Elections to the Council and Regional Councils- 2014, shall remain effective till the entire electoral process, including counting of votes and declaration of results, is completed.
