FAQ :

Merchant Bankers and Issuers are now required to file the Abridged Prospectus of Public Issues in XBRL format with the NSE.

This requirement is applicable for all Public Issues of equity shares opening on or after September 1, 2023.

The Abridged Prospectus in XBRL format should be filed on the NSE's online portal at https://neaps.nseindia.com/NEWLISTINGCORP/.

Filing in XBRL format is intended to facilitate the consumption of data by stakeholders such as researchers, policy makers, market analysts, and market participants.

This change is in accordance with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/P/2023/29 dated February 15, 2023, and the Abridged Prospectus format is prescribed under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/SSEP/CIR/P/2022/14 dated February 04, 2022.
