FAQ :
The validity of RCMCs that expired on or before 31st March 2021 has been extended until 30th September 2021.
The extension is due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation.
No, Regional Authorities of DGFT will not insist on a valid RCMC for any incentive or authorisation applications until 30th September 2021, if your RCMC expired on or before 31st March 2021.
Export Promotion Councils will collect the applicable fees for the year 2021-22 upon the restoration of normalcy.
