Subject: Amendment in Appendix 2T and Appendix 2D of FTP, 2015-2020 regarding incorporation/change of details of Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council — regarding.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby inserts the details of products falling under the jurisdiction of M/s Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council at S.no 09 of Appendix 2T [List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities] of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 and amends the address at S.no 09 of Appendix 2T and at S.no 10 of Appendix 2D [List of Agencies authorised to issue Certificates of Origin for SAPTA and ASIA Pacific Trade Agreements (APTA)] of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 as under:
