Sub: Details of claim settlement in Inoperative Account from 01.01.2013 to 31.03.2016 - Reg. 

Sir/Madam, 

A note has been received from Vigilance Wing, HQrs requesting to provide the data relating to "Total number of Inoperative Accounts" and "Number of claims settled out Inoperative Accounts" for the period from 01.01.2013 to 31.03.2016 for providing the same to Central Vigilance Commission. 

2. In order to extract the requisite data, a script has been developed and has been kept in the respective SFTP folder of each field office. The field offices are requested to execute the script as per the instructions given below and the report so generated may be sent to Finance Division at rc.fa©epfindia.gov.in latest by 27.09.2016 (Evening):-- 

Step 1: Download the script (CLAIM_SETTLED_FROM_UCD.dat) from the SFTP Folder and copy to /image/ExtTableData/ folder in the Server. 

Step 2: Login as oracle user and type the below command:-

$ sqlplus nicepfo@/image/ExtTableData/CLAIM_SETTLED_FROM_UCD.dat

3. The Field office may use the files generated at /image/ExtTableData folder as shown on screen for preparing the reports.
