Competition Act, 2007 - Enforcement of certain section

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition Act, 2007 (39 of 2007), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th May, 2009, as the date on which sections 3, 10, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39 and 43 (53B, 53N, 53O, 53P, 53Q, 53R, 53S, 53T and 53U) of the said Act, shall come into force.
