G.S.R.......(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 247 rcad with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, namely:-
1. (1) 'l hesc rules may be callecl the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Second Amenclment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. ln the Companies (Registered Valuers ancl Valuation) Rules, 2017, in rule 19, in sub-rule 2, after clause (g), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(h) Presidents of, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India as ex-officio members.".
