GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2016

S.O. (E),-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 261h December, 2016 as the date on which the provisions of section 248 to 252 of the said Act, shall come into force.
