FAQ :
The main purpose is to amend Customs Notification No. 57/2000 to extend the last date of exports by six months for certain cases.
Exports where the original last date of export falls between 1st February 2021 and 30th June 2021 are eligible for the extension.
The last date of exports is extended by six months.
The original notification being amended is Notification No. 57/2000-Customs, dated 8th May 2000.
This amendment, Notification No. 39/2021 - Customs, was issued on 19th August 2021.
