S.O. 3770(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (23EE) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Core Settlement Guarantee Funds set up by the Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited, Mumbai for the purposes of the said clause for the assessment year 2019-2020 and subsequent years.
