FAQ :
The purpose of Notification No. 14/2021 is to make an amendment to the existing Income-tax notification no. 70/2014, dated 13th November, 2014.
The powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 120 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, were exercised to issue this notification.
The amendment is being made to Schedule – I of the notification no. 70/2014.
The new entries will be inserted after the entry (xiv) against Serial number 9 in Schedule – I.
