The new deadline for filing the Cost Audit Report (CRA-4) for the financial year 2019-20 is 31st December 2020.
The original deadline for filing the Cost Audit Report for FY 2019-20 was 30th November 2020.
The deadline has been extended due to the difficulties faced by corporates and professionals caused by the disruption from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The form used for filing the cost audit report is CRA-4.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, clarified the extension via Circular No. 38/2020.
