The provisional list contains Insolvency Professionals (IPs) identified and prepared by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) during the period of January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021.
IPs on this list can be appointed as Interim Resolution Professionals (IRP), Liquidators, Resolution Professionals (RP) in individual insolvency, and Bankruptcy Trustees (BT).
The IPs were prepared in accordance with the 'Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Professionals and Bankruptcy Trustees (Recommendation) (Second) Guidelines, 2020'.
The relevant sections include 16(4) for IRPs, 34(6) for liquidators, 97(4) or 98(3) for RPs in individual insolvency, and 125(4), 146(3), or 147(3) for bankruptcy trustees.
The list covers the period from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021.
