ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance, 2014 - Views/suggestions Solicited on Questionnaires
The Institute has the Vision “To be a global leader in promoting Good Corporate Governance”. Its mission is “To develop the high calibre professionals facilitating good Corporate Governance”. It has been taking various measures to promote and facilitate good governance in the corporate sector. These measures include recognition and awarding companies and persons for their enduring contribution to governance. It has been bestowing national awards for excellence in corporate governance for the last 13 years.
The awardees are selected through a very rigorous comprehensive evaluation process undertaken by an eminent Jury.
The Questionnaires and evaluation methodologies are developed through an open, transparent and consultative process.
As part of consultative process and to further improve the process of evaluation of participating companies, we invite your considered views/suggestions on the First and Second Questionnaires for the year 2014.
