The logo is adaptable for all platforms and includes specific guidelines for its use by members, with a one-year transition period for existing materials.

The logo incorporates the tricolour of the Indian flag, representing unity, diversity, and sovereignty. The primary colour, blue, signifies divinity, immortality, bravery, determination, and vastness, reflecting its cultural importance in India.
The upside-down tick mark, a symbol commonly used by Chartered Accountants, has been included to represent the wisdom and value of the professional.
Members must not alter the font, spacing, or dimensions of the logo. The design, colours, and white background should remain unchanged, and the logo should not be rotated, tilted, shrunk, or distorted.
A transition period of one year has been provided for members to replace existing stationery and signage with materials featuring the new logo.
The new CA logo became effective from 24th November, 2023.
