Taxpayers can initiate drop proceedings by navigating to 'Services > User Services > View Notices and Orders > Initiate Drop Proceeding' on the GST Portal after filing their pending returns.
If your GSTIN was suspended for non-filing, you should file all pending returns and then click 'Initiate Drop Proceeding' to revoke the suspension.
