O R D E R

This is an appeal filed by the Assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals)-10, Kolkata dated 27.06.2019.

2. During the course of hearing the Ld. counsel for the Assessee hassubmitted that since the assessee has availed the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and that Income Tax Department has issued Form 3 in response to the application filed by the assessee, therefore, the appeal of the assessee may beallowed to be withdrawn. A separate application in this respect has also been filed.

3. The Ld. DR has no objection, if appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
