Job Description:
1. Banking transactions for running the operations
2. Accounting of the transactions
3. Closing monthly books with provisions and control on various reconciliations
4. Interacting with the Statutory Auditors for completion of Audit
5. Interacting with the external governmental agencies eg. Customs, Income tax
6. Interacting with SEA headquarters
7. Daily Weekly and Monthly reporting of revenue, expenses, P&L, BS, cash flow
8. Exercise budgetary controls and carry out variance analysis of expenses and revenue
9. Adherences of the SOPs and recognize gaps & requirements for additional or amendment to existing SOPs
10. Vendor management (vendor registrations, payments, dispute resolution, vendor reconciliation)
11. Coordinating with the buying team and supply chain for imports documentation requirements
