Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Finance and Accounts of the company for both Singapore and India.
Setup accounting processes for payments, receipts, Fixed Assets, Accrual processes, and month end reporting
Set up financial control processes covering all third party reconciliations, Bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate accounting for advances and expenses and Group consolidation.
Monthly MIS
Regulatory compliances including TDS, Service Tax and labour laws.
Assist with Audit
Investor reporting
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 years of post qualification experience – preferably in a start up environment. He/She must have a good knowledge of MS Office tools and Tally.
A hands on person with good communication skills.
He/She will need to regularly interact with service providers in Singapore and India.
