2. Conducting of Physical Verification of Stock.
3. Reconciliation between Book Stock and Physical Stock.
4. Valuation of Inventories (Raw Materials, WIP, Consumables, FG, Scrap).
5. Passing Monthly Journal Entries with respect to Material consumption and Cost of goods sold.
6. Maintaining Costing Records & Cost Statements.
Indirect Taxation& Accounting:
7. Complete handling of Statutory Compliance with regard to Central Excise, Sales Tax & Service Tax.
8. Maintaining Central Excise, Service Tax, Sales Tax Records & Registers
9. Availing Cenvat Credit, Vat Credit & Service Tax Credit and documentation thereof.
10. Manage Accounts Payable & Reconciliation of vendors ledgers.
11. Processing of Vendor Invoices & Accounting thereof.
12. Handling Statutory, Internal &Departmental Audits.
13. Handling Factory Petty Cash.
14. Preparation of Factory Expenses Budget cost centre wise and monitoring the actual & calculation of Variances.
15. Preparation of MIS Reports & Schedules.
1. Good Communication & Computer Skills.
2. Working Experience in Tally ERP or other ERP systems.
3. Sound knowledge & experience in Costing, Indirect Taxation &Accounting.
4. Preference to local language speaking candidates.
5. Willing to work in Sri City, Chittor, Andhra Pradesh.
