Excel, advance Excel, SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle. Handling of tax audit, submission of departmental queries, liaise with tax consultants/ Income Tax authorities. Oversee the statutory compliance of TDS, TCS, GST and related filing. CFS, IND AS. IFRS.
To prepare Stand alone Financial Statement /Consolidated Financial Statement (CFS) including Notes to Account, Accounting policy, cash flow statement, Statement of change in equity and other relevant disclosure as per IND AS.
· To prepare quarterly financial and oversee month/quarter end closing
process, including Expected Credit Loss working, investment Register and
relevant disclosure
· Filing of various tax returns, handling of tax audit, submission of
departmental queries, liaise with tax consultants/ Income Tax authorities
· Oversee the statutory compliance of TDS, TCS, GST and related filing
· To assist preparation and presentation of audit committee agenda
memorandum
· To coordinate with group entities /consultant
Experience in US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
