Need for Financial Literacy & Investor Awareness
Less than 5% of Indian population invests in the stock markets and more than 90% do not understand financial products and services. Thus there is a huge need to create awareness about various financial products and services and to disseminate neutral financial literacy among the youth and adults, especially low income populations.

Sanchayan Society seeks applications from motivated candidates for the position of “Financial Literacy Trainer (FLT)”. This position is based in New Delhi at our Lajpat Nagar office but requires extensive travel across India and thus offers a chance to explore our nation.
Basic Requirements for FLT Position: Prospective candidates would be required to have the following characteristics:
• Open minded to travelling
• Good Communications skills
• Knowledge of English, Hindi, Regional languages
• Knowledge of basic computers
Eligibility : B.com/ M.com/BBA/ MBA / Financial Planner / CA graduates would be preferred.
Remuneration: Salary would be competitive with incentives and good growth options.
