B.Com in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CA highly desirable
3+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce industry.
Experience in Navision ERP strongly preferred.
Advance Excel Knowledge is a must.
Must know Tally ERP 9.
• Making entry of purchase, sales, payment & receipts, inventory transfer & journal entries.
• Preparing Delivery Challan, E-Sugam, C Forms and knowledge about other forms.
• Preparation of monthly returns like VAT / CST and follow-up with other departments to get the information.
• Bank reconciliation / Stock reconciliation & Entry reconciliation.
• Proper checking of suppliers Invoice with delivery challan and forward to account department for payment
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, orders.
• Monitor all transactions involving inventory to ensure the perpetual inventory records are maintained
• Must review and analyze inventory reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to costs analyses
• Identify and research all cost variances (inventory and COGS)
• Perform account analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
• Back up Controller for sales/revenue entries and other general accounting functions
