Qualification Cost Accountant preferably or Chartered Accountant
Minimum 7-10 years experience Age 32-35 years
Industry Exposure Manufacturing-Medium Sized Preferably MNC’s/Professionally Managed Indian Companies
Job Profile
Ensuring that accounting and internal controls are being complied with
Ensuring financial budgetary control
Good knowledge of Accounting standards
Ensuring the financial statements like the P/L,B/S, Cash Flow comply with accounting standards
Review the adequacy of provisions like provision for obsolete inventory, provision for income tax and other major provisions.
Impairment of Assets
Monitoring and controlling financial variances in the various business parameters like material costs , utilities, purchase efficiency, working capital etc
Handling and coordinating Internal auditors/Audits of JV partners
Implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal audit recommendations
Handling Compliances relating to Government institutions like Reserve Bank
Handling Income tax assessments upto Assessment level
Desirable Skills Experience of working in MIS/Costing/Accounts departments
Comfort with analyzing and interpreting numbers
Need to have managed a team of 3-4 persons
Excellent communication skills/team player/go getting attitude
Good in SAP preferably or any other ERP
Compensation Minimum Rs 9-11 lakhs
Can be revised on account of qualification and experience
