Purpose of Job:
The role of new employee will be to support the Manager General Accounting to book supplier/customer invoices, preparation of cash flow, closure of books in Sys 21 and HFM reporting of Swiss Management Company. The position will also have the additional responsibility of playing the back up role of Manager General Accounting ,training the process executives and documentation of Swiss Management Accounting processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the Manager General Accounting in booking invoices of Swiss management Company
• Closure of Swiss Management Company books for AP, AR, CS & GL modules
• Monthly HFM reporting to Corporate through FDM
• Creation of accounts in Sys 21, accounts mapping from Source to Target and data transfer to FTP Server
• Adhere to GCOA requirements for Swiss Management Company
• Download reports from Sys 21 and reconciliation of Corporate and Swiss books of accounts
• Documentations of Swiss Management Accounting process and Train process executives on Swiss Management Accounting process

Key Skills & Experience
• CA Inter/MBA Finance with 4 to 5 Years of experience in Accounts or Finance
• Advanced skills in MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience at working both independently and a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent written, oral with strong interpersonal skills with a ability to work with overseas customers
• Be able to deliver consistent, high quality, professional customer service.
