Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure quick and accurate domestic and international invoicing, dispatch and revenue accounting with correct charge codes - Defined SLAs to be met and revenue to be closed in first week every month
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting for all receipts
• Ensure regular debtors’ accounts entries clearing and reconciliation
• Ensure follow up of Accounts Receivables with objective to minimize the same and timely and complete collection of TDS certificates from domestic customers
• Complete supervision of accounting, audit, taxation, process compliance and MIS for China
• Coordinate RoC work & timely filing of annual return and other documents
• Coordinate RBI work & timely filing of returns and other documents required under FEMA including certificates from CA for remittances outward
• Handle all Income Tax / TDS / Scrutiny notices and ensuring proper and timely reply to all these.
• Arrange for Lower Deduction of Tax permission under 197(1)
• Ensure timely filing of correct Annual Corporate Income Tax Return, complete in all respects
• Ensure timely payment of correct service tax and filing of correct service tax return
• Overall cost centre charge-code management
• Prepare and release Group MIS and Group accounts consolidation and release Group P&L and Balance Sheet every month/quarter as per defined SLA.
• Drive and ensure high quality monthly Business Unit reviews as per SLAs decided by Management Committee and doing periodic other strategic analysis reports
• Prepare & send of Citibank Closing Stock Report
