Business performance monitoring & action planning for operations
Drive Month Close Reviews with all Plant leadership team
Benchmark across all plants and perform global comparison to identify best practices, cost, KPI improvement opportunities
Ensure Balance Sheet review, Capex tracking and Productivity and across all plant locations
Drive culture of cost savings across operations team through specific interventions
Steer Inventory Management across operations team
Provide on-going support for implementing operational efficiency projects in Plants
Driving Sox compliances in the extended supply chain time
Ensure Legal/Statutory Compliance
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Ensure Balance Sheet Review with Plants and Vertical Lead
* Provide support to the Plant Commercial team to ensure consolidation & closure of books as per US GAAP and Financial policies monthly as per closing calendar
* Support Function Lead in plant performance review of Actuals with Plant Managers and leadership team
* Partner with cross functional team to review Slow and Obsolete inventories across Foods locations
* Monitor Inventory, Payables and other working capital components to ensure optimum utilisation of company's working capital needs
* Ensure follow up and remediation of Internal Audit
* Conduct FA Cycle Review for all plants
* Responsible for Capex Tracker Preparation
* Ensure Capex monitoring and post Capex reviews
* Conduct Idle Assets Reviews
* Ensure compliance to the Schedule of Authority by appropriate communication and training
* Ensure compliance to the Excise, Service Tax, VAT and other applicable fiscal laws across Foods Manufacturing sites by maintaining robust documentation and compliance processes
* Provide transactional support for HQ and Plants
