We are looking for bright and energetic CA article or paid assistant for our transaction advisory division. The role would involve conducting M&A Analysis, Business Plans, Financial Models, Valuations, Industry Research, and Due Diligence. The person should have good command over English language (both written and verbal), understanding of accounting / finance, and experience to work on MS - Excel/Word/Powerpoint. The person would get an extremely learning and challenging environment and will get a chance to work directly with senior partners. Our office is in South Ext (Delhi).
