Candidate needs to have proper Accounting Knowledge. Basics of Accounting should be clear for job.
Candidate will be taken as Management Trainee for 6 Months. Internally within the MB Holding Group, the person will be designated as an Associate - Finance & Accounts.
Based on his performance during these 6 months, he will be promoted or Upgraded in the Finance / Accounts Team.
In Terms of Qualification, the person can be CA / CA - Inter / ICWAI / CMA/ MBA.
