Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years post qualification professional experience and having good knowledge of MS-Office, Internet, E-mail etc., & skills of working under electronic environment, operating related software’s, accompanied with good written & verbal English communication skills.
Excellent knowledge and expertise in Income Tax Act, Guidelines, Notification etc.,
1. Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts and financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and other applicable regulations and guidelines issued by the Competent authority.
2. Preparation of periodic MIS reports of financial information in the prescribed format.
3. Statutory compliances of direct and indirect tax laws, including Income tax, Service tax, Excise, Customs, VAT & CST and any other law in force.
4. Regulatory compliances of corporate laws, including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, SEZ, FCRA, etc.
5. Coordinate with Statutory Auditors & Tax Auditors, and providing them the desired financial & accounting information.
6. Should have a consulting mindset.
7. Should be open to periodic travelling.
