Take complete ownership in Finance & Accounts of Company,
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and good understanding of finance processes
• Ability to understand and improve business processes involving financial transactions;
ability to determine useful financial measures of operational performance
• Ability to identify problems, determines how to solve problems and evaluate alternatives,
assess risk, and make timely decisions.
• Preparation & filing of Income Tax Returns of Company, Firms, Individuals.
• Preparation and filing of TDS Returns
• control and risk assessment, designing new processes, ISO etc
• Assist in annual audit planning process and determination of Annual Operating Plans
through various data / statistics / reports as input to the planning process
• Assist in design and implementation of audit methodology at the establishment
• Assist in design and adherence to various templates and forms to be used in audit
execution process to help build and maintain standardization and quality of output
delivery.
• Day to day banking operations
• Budget & MIS preparation
• Finalisation of Balance sheet
• Compliance to Statutory and Internal Audit requirements
• Take ownership of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Religious dues, solve team
difficulties, have handled the team of 7-8 people.
