Role
1. Perform Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Advisory).
2.Perform industry analysis, undertake financial statement analysis, which includes balance sheet and ratio analysis
3. Interact with clients to understand their business models and projections
4. Analysis of financial and business risk
5. Recommend ratings, based on detailed financial analysis.
Candidate Profile:
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong Knowledge of Financial concepts and formulae’s
