CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified, M/ F, below 40 years of age, having 7-16 yrs of experience in accounts. Communication, proficiency in English, computer application, good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills are important.
Finalization of Accounts in compliance with the applicable Accounting Standards.
Managing Working Capital.
Monitoring and preparing Fund Flow on regular basis.
Interacting with Bank on various issues and getting those resolved.
Monitoring TDS returns, compliance & TDS deduction
Monitoring of Company`s Insurance Policies
Managing AR, AP and Accounting Teams to ensure timely monthly financial reporting.
Work towards process improvements to achieve efficiencies.
Maintain and generate accurate accounting records and account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts.
Assist in the external audit of Companys financial statements ensuring accurate reporting. Also assisting in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules and be a primary point of contact for the auditors.
Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation relevant to the Company and ensure all timely filings and compliances under the Statutory Acts.
Maintenance of Corporate and Secretarial Records under Companies Act of India.
Implement and document internal controls, processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Reports to Management: Daily Bank Balances, Remittance Report, Cash Flow Forecast (for Remittance to Principal) and Treasury Report.
Assist with internal and external financial reporting activities to ensure that accurate, timely information is available to senior management for decision-making.
