Job Description:
The candidate would be responsible for coordination of company’s financial planning & budget management functions. He/She should be responsible for ensuring Company Accounting Procedures conform to (GAAP) generally accepted accounting policies. His job responsibilities will include:
• Directing and coordinating company’s financial planning and budget management functions.
• Recommending benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
• Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against budget.
• Taking care of the daily operations of finance department.
• Establishing and implementing short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
• Serving as primary legislative liaison relating to company financial issues
• Directing financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating department staff.
