Qualification and Experience: CA / CA Inter qualified with 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry engaged in exports business. Experience in retail business is an added advantage.
Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Accounts will have an active role in ensuring in recording the accuracy of day to day business transactions, monthly book closure, supervising the accounts receivable and accounts payable status.
1. Account reconciliations: Inter Unit / Inter Company balances, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses.
2. Ensure accuracy in recording day-to-day business transactions
3. Coordinate with SBUs for required inputs
4. Plan, Co-ordinate and execute internal audit and annual financial audit
5. Monitor Accounts payable and accounts receivables
6. Good knowledge of accounting standards and Companies Act Provisions
7. Compliance with various statues viz., Companies Act and Accounting standards
8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies with emphasis on internal controls
9. Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organised
10. Able to handle Special projects as required

Essential Responsibilities: • Manage recording, reporting and reconciliation of business transactions.
• Responsible for monthly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of costs, cash and key working capital accounts; communicate current results and estimates to business leaders
• Work with functional and business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives
• Identifying risks & opportunities during each quarter and leading team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
• Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing
• Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information
• Work effectively with functional & business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business
• Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on Business processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and business processes

Finalization and approval for all referral payment in MF and PWM
Handling Mutual Fund transaction process and brokerage calculation
Reconciliation of MF brokerage with fund houses and reporting to accounts.

Follow up on outstanding brokerage with fund houses.
Control on wealth master updation with all respect.
Reconciliation of pool bank statement on daily basis with client account.
Investment and redemption fund payout and pay in authorization.
Proper recording and reconciliation of alternative products and fund collection.
Charging of management fee and transfer of fund to broker bank account.
Issue of debit notes for Mutual fund Advisory and Direct advisory.
Follow up on all outstanding payment under different head-MF Advisory, Direct Advisory, Will & Trust, etc
PWM AUM and Income MIS on weekly and monthly basis to all RM and Management.
Co-ordination with auditor for Audit of all income head.
Fund level reconciliation from time to time.
Implementation of all legal and compliance of SEBI with respect to PWM and AFMI for Mutual fund.
Involved in System & software development coordination with IT team to make atomization with accuracy in work.

Cost Accounting and Analytics role is a key link between management and all cost centers in the organization. You will be responsible for setting up effective process of capturing, presenting and analyzing cost data in accordance with the GAAP.
Principal Accountabilities

1. Identification of key cost elements and collation of the data points from various functions
2. Construct data accumulation system in alignments with management
3. Planning, and Studying data to determine cost of business activities
4. Finalizing reporting formats and periodic reporting of the cost sheets

3. Knowledge and understanding of Foreign Exchange will be given preference
